Prepares financial reporting, variance analyses, budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Partners with accounting during monthly close, reconciles FP&A and accounting data, supports executive and Board reporting, and provides actionable performance insights. The role also evaluates profitability, supports strategic initiatives, and improves reporting processes through automation and enhanced tools.

Supports Account Executives in evaluating, rating, quoting, binding, issuing, and modifying general and excess liability insurance accounts. Responsibilities include screening submissions, gathering underwriting information, preparing policies and endorsements, resolving billing inquiries, maintaining files, communicating with brokers and insureds, and supporting new business growth and renewal retention.

Supports insurance underwriting operations by clearing and logging submissions, collecting and entering data, maintaining files, preparing quotes, binders, policies, endorsements, and amendments, and responding to broker and billing inquiries. The role also assists Account Executives, solicits underwriting information, completes post-bind documentation, and maintains timely service standards. Strong organization, communication, math, typing, and Microsoft Office skills are required; insurance experience is preferred but not necessary.
