The intern analyzes project performance, prepares dashboards and documentation, coordinates with project managers and accounting, and helps improve project controls processes and tools.

Provides broad HR support across benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, engagement, training, communications, surveys, and HR systems administration. The role maintains HR data integrity, supports employee inquiries, analyzes employment information, and helps enhance HR programs and workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Leads the planning, design, programming, commissioning, and delivery of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems for water and wastewater facilities. Develops control strategies, technical documentation, and SCADA standards; supports construction and field troubleshooting; applies OT cybersecurity and resilience practices; and leads project delivery, QA/QC, client coordination, mentoring, budgeting, and business development activities.
