Provides broad HR support across benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, engagement, training, communications, surveys, and HR systems administration. The role maintains HR data integrity, supports employee inquiries, analyzes employment information, and helps enhance HR programs and workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Develops 2D and 3D designs, construction drawings, plans, maps, and exhibits for water, wastewater, stormwater, utility, and treatment projects. Uses AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Revit under the direction of civil engineers and project managers. Revises designs based on client feedback, completes redlines, coordinates with internal teams, manages multiple deadlines, and develops specialized knowledge of water management systems.

Supports groundwater recharge master plans, basin planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater and MS4 evaluations, conceptual engineering designs, cost estimates, technical reports, GIS mapping, and recharge accounting. The role includes data analysis, field investigations, agency coordination, grant support, and stakeholder presentations focused on groundwater sustainability, stormwater capture, and water supply reliability.
