Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and applications; respond to tickets via HappyFox; assist with user account and permission management; support enterprise systems (Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft365); document incidents; aid in system implementations, testing, training, and basic data integrity/analysis tasks.

Manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($50,000+), develop and execute solicitation and stewardship plans, meet Foundation metrics for contacts and closed gifts, represent WVU Athletics, leverage technology and social media for marketing and data reporting, and perform other duties as assigned.

The Associate Vice President of Finance & Assistant Treasurer oversees financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while partnering with the CFO to shape the Foundation's financial strategy. Responsibilities include managing investment pools, audit activities, and financial presentations, mentoring the finance team, and ensuring fiscal integrity.
