Lead and grow a comprehensive planned giving program: identify, cultivate, and close planned gifts; manage marketing, stewardship, CRM records, advisor relationships, train staff, and travel to cultivate donors. Supervise a small planned giving team and set measurable goals for program growth.

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and applications; respond to tickets via HappyFox; assist with user account and permission management; support enterprise systems (Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft365); document incidents; aid in system implementations, testing, training, and basic data integrity/analysis tasks.

Lead the Statler College major and principal gift program, manage a portfolio of donors ($50K+), supervise and mentor a development team, plan regional and national travel, coordinate strategy with college and foundation leaders, and oversee stewardship, reporting, and development operations.
