Sell new and used vehicles by demonstrating features, conducting test drives, qualifying buyers, negotiating and closing sales. Maintain product knowledge through factory certifications, keep CRM updated with customer records and appointments, follow up with prospects, and complete required training. Position requires passing background, drug, and MVR checks.

Manage the dealership Business Development Center (BDC) handling service appointment leads across web, phone, email, and text. Recruit, train, and supervise BDC staff; establish processes, track appointments and show rates, produce reports for management, create incentives, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Arranges and processes vehicle financing and leases, sells aftermarket products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance), manages all sale paperwork and titles, ensures regulatory compliance, processes credit applications, and supports sales managers to close deals.

Provide clerical and administrative support to dealership: answer phones, schedule appointments, handle mail, maintain records and databases, prepare billing, process payments and receipts, perform basic bookkeeping, arrange meetings, and handle confidential dealer matters.

Greet service customers, identify vehicle needs, assist selection of new vehicles/upgrades/refinance options, complete paperwork, introduce to sales manager, schedule first service appointment, maintain owner follow-up and provide facility walkthroughs to maximize satisfaction and sales.
