Provide general clerical and administrative support for a car dealership: answer phones, schedule appointments, manage mail, maintain records and databases, draft memos and billing, perform basic bookkeeping, process payments, arrange meetings, and handle confidential tasks for the Dealer.

Manage and direct dealership sales operations: hire, train, motivate, and monitor sales staff; set daily/monthly sales and profit objectives; merchandise vehicles; review market and sales reports; administer factory programs; conduct daily sales training and attend management meetings.

Sell new and used vehicles by demonstrating features, conducting test drives, qualifying buyers, negotiating and closing sales. Maintain product knowledge through factory certifications, keep CRM updated with customer records and appointments, follow up with prospects, and complete required training. Position requires passing background, drug, and MVR checks.
