Supports pediatric dentists with four-handed procedures, expanded RDA functions, X-rays, sterilization, infection control, charting, room preparation, and patient flow. Comforts and educates children and parents while maintaining a positive, child-friendly experience. Requires an active RDA license and California X-ray certification, with pediatric dental experience preferred.

Posts insurance and patient payments, submits and traces dental claims, verifies benefits, processes authorizations and referrals, manages aging balances and collections, answers billing questions, schedules appointments, and supports front-office operations. Maintains accurate records and complies with dental billing laws and regulations. May assist with reconciliation, deposits, reporting, chart filing, supply ordering, and patient check-in/check-out.

The role is available full-time or part-time with flexible days at Southern California practices.
