The role requires a California-licensed dentist with sedation certification and related professional credentials. It offers full-time or part-time work at one Southern California location with no travel, supported by specialty staff and modern dental facilities.

Provides patient-focused dental assisting across general, specialty, and orthodontic services. Builds patient trust, supports treatment comfort, collaborates with dentists and office staff, explains dental plan benefits, follows sterilization and OSHA procedures, and maintains high-quality clinical standards. New and experienced candidates receive training, coaching, chart reviews, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.

Supports dentists during pediatric procedures through four-handed dentistry, instrument preparation and sterilization, dental X-rays, room organization, patient record maintenance, and infection-control compliance. Educates children and parents about oral hygiene, assists with patient flow, and creates a welcoming, child-friendly environment. Requires dental assistant certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and dental teams.
