Coordinates fact-witness logistics for federal cases, including court, pre-trial, and grand jury appearances. Communicates with witnesses, AUSAs, courts, and government agencies; arranges travel and lodging; prepares reimbursement vouchers and correspondence; maintains files, databases, calendars, and case-status information; reconciles travel accounts; and ensures compliance with Department of Justice procedures.

Conduct federal position classification and management evaluations across General Schedule, SES, SL, and other positions. Develop position descriptions, evaluation statements, classification packages, FLSA determinations, and coding recommendations. Perform desk audits, interviews, and position management reviews; advise leadership on complex executive and political position issues; support workforce planning and agency-wide classification projects; and mentor less experienced classification staff while protecting sensitive personnel data.

Prepares and processes complex litigation documents, maintains case dockets and records, tracks deadlines and court events, manages AUSA calendars, conducts legal database research, drafts correspondence, and supports hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, and trial notebooks.
