Teams at West 4th Strategy

Manages all contractor performance and museum operations for the National Coast Guard Museum. Oversees workforce supervision, quality control, contract administration, invoicing, staffing costs, visitor services, volunteers, education, IT/AV, exhibit maintenance, and events. Serves as the primary contractor-Government liaison, supports policy implementation, manages budgets and personnel, and translates strategic goals into annual plans and KPIs.

Supports museum IT infrastructure, internal and public networks, visitor WiFi, backups, access control, gallery and theater systems, digital displays, event technology, and hardware troubleshooting. Ensures secure separation of guest and internal systems, assists with data restoration and protection, and coordinates with exhibits and AV staff to maintain reliable museum technology operations.

Manages daily delivery of K–12 and adult education programs at the National Coast Guard Museum, including STEM and history sessions, field trips, volunteers, educational materials, safety, scheduling, and instructional staff supervision. The role also develops curriculum improvements, coordinates school and community partners, and supports mobile education initiatives.
