Provide IV&V support through system analysis, software QA, test automation, and data validation. Develop SQL and Python scripts, support ETL/ELT and data engineering workflows, operate in AWS/Linux environments, use GitHub/CLI, and produce technical documentation for government stakeholders.

Build and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC, implement and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container/IaC scanning), perform vulnerability remediation and patching, configure monitoring and logging, and coach developers on secure coding to maintain compliance and support POA&M remediation.

Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR to manage a task order supporting USCG civilian HR. Oversee schedules, ensure compliance with the statement of work, provide financial reporting and monthly progress reports, respond to technical issues quickly, and coordinate with customer stakeholders to implement technical solutions and benchmarking metrics on time.
