Develop and maintain software, data pipelines, ETL workflows, automation, and databases supporting SAPRO's mission. Use R, SQL, Python, and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and analytical workflows. Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines, enhance software, define technical requirements, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires at least three years of data engineering experience and an active Secret clearance.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical workflows using Databricks, Python, Spark, and SQL. Automate ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and delivery across structured and semi-structured datasets. Implement data-quality controls, validation, schema enforcement, anomaly detection, and integrity checks. Troubleshoot ETL failures, improve processing efficiency, collaborate with mission stakeholders, and develop dashboards, models, and decision-support products for financial reporting and enterprise analytics.

Secures a ServiceNow platform supporting the DoD Blue UAS Cleared List. Responsibilities include architecting security controls, enforcing IL4/IL5 data segregation, maintaining RBAC and security documentation, developing RMF artifacts, managing POA&Ms, coordinating with government stakeholders, conducting continuous monitoring, and supporting ATO compliance. The role requires ServiceNow security expertise, NIST and DoD RMF experience, relevant certifications, and an active or interim DoD security clearance.
