Leads financial and administrative operations for Academic Affairs, including budget oversight, transaction approvals, staffing coordination, recruitment, training, process improvement, systems support, and supervision of accounting staff. Partners with Finance, Human Resources, ITS, Labor Relations, department chairs, and senior academic leaders to resolve operational, financial, personnel, and workforce-planning matters across multiple departments.

Counsel students and families on college financing; perform need analysis and award aid for ~300 students; manage PowerFAIDS processes and ISIR corrections; serve as security and outside scholarship liaison; coordinate outreach and publications; maintain compliance with federal and institutional financial aid regulations and provide back-up office support.

Lead compensation and classification analysis to implement and sustain staff job architecture and compensation frameworks. Manage and support cognitive development research by overseeing undergraduate RAs, recruiting and scheduling participants, coordinating community partnerships, implementing and running online/in-person studies, managing and analyzing data, assisting with IRB/preregistration and study programming, conducting literature searches, and supporting manuscripts, grants, and conference submissions.
