Counsel students and families on college financing; perform need analysis and award aid for ~300 students; manage PowerFAIDS processes and ISIR corrections; serve as security and outside scholarship liaison; coordinate outreach and publications; maintain compliance with federal and institutional financial aid regulations and provide back-up office support.

Lead compensation and classification analysis to implement and sustain staff job architecture and compensation frameworks. Conduct benchmarking, manage MarketPay, classify positions (including FLSA and unionized roles), analyze organizational design, support collective bargaining, produce reports, maintain documentation and standards, and consult with HR leaders and departments. Hybrid role with significant on-campus presence.

Lead launch and first-year implementation of DEMOCRACY250: manage partnerships, recruit and train student Democracy Stewards, oversee placements, supervise a Program Fellow, track outcomes, report to leadership, and ensure nonpartisan program delivery and budget stewardship.
