Lead stewardship and growth of the Reid Cinema Archives: oversee acquisitions, processing, preservation, digitization, access, exhibitions, research services, donor agreements, grant support, outreach, and supervise staff and student employees to support teaching and scholarship.

Lead launch and first-year implementation of DEMOCRACY250: manage partnerships, recruit and train student Democracy Stewards, oversee placements, supervise a Program Fellow, track outcomes, report to leadership, and ensure nonpartisan program delivery and budget stewardship.

Counsel students and families on college financing; perform need analysis and award aid for ~300 students; manage PowerFAIDS processes and ISIR corrections; serve as security and outside scholarship liaison; coordinate outreach and publications; maintain compliance with federal and institutional financial aid regulations and provide back-up office support.
