Staff Accountant manages student billing, collections, cashiering, cash receipts, deposits, account reconciliations, corporate credit card charges, budget variance analysis, and accounting support. The role assists the Controller and CFO with higher education, financial aid, development, payroll, benefits, and HR-related accounting while providing customer service to students and departments. This hybrid position requires three on-campus days weekly, with cashier and deposit duties performed onsite.

Leads end-to-end audio and video production, including studio and remote recording, directing, audio cleanup, mixing, video editing, color grading, graphics, file optimization, and multimedia distribution. Manages AV equipment and media archives while collaborating with marketing on promotional content, social clips, podcasts, online courses, and event recordings.
