Own and grow the passion-led experiences vertical end-to-end: build portfolio, run P&L, source and onboard expert partners, scale events and trips, and collaborate with Marketing, Content and Product to drive conversion and community engagement.

Lead a small data engineering team as a hands-on manager to evolve the BigQuery warehouse, dbt transformations, ingestion and orchestration (Airflow, dlt, serverless CDC), and the semantic/BI layer (Tableau, Metabase, Lightdash). Own data governance, pipeline reliability, observability, and drive AI-assisted engineering and production AI data pipelines while partnering with product and stakeholders to deliver trusted self-service analytics.

Own global portfolio visibility and performance tracking for itineraries across markets. Run analyses to scale, optimize, or deactivate products, monitor competitors, analyze market trends and customer behavior, supervise offering planning and availability, collaborate with Revenue and Supply teams, present portfolio health in reviews, and experiment with AI to automate and improve forecasting and benchmarking.
