Develop and deliver scalable front-end and back-end solutions for WeRoad’s supply platform. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Design to define architecture, manage technical complexity, improve user experience, and deliver quality features. Responsibilities include autonomous project and stakeholder management, technical leadership, Agile delivery, and building web interfaces and APIs using Vue, Nuxt, NestJS, and TypeScript.

Build and scale user-facing platforms, APIs, web interfaces, and internal tools across the full stack. Design architectural solutions, deliver frontend and backend features, manage technical complexity, and ensure product quality, scalability, and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, designers, and stakeholders while applying Agile delivery practices, testing, and modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead a small data engineering team as a hands-on manager to evolve the BigQuery warehouse, dbt transformations, ingestion and orchestration (Airflow, dlt, serverless CDC), and the semantic/BI layer (Tableau, Metabase, Lightdash). Own data governance, pipeline reliability, observability, and drive AI-assisted engineering and production AI data pipelines while partnering with product and stakeholders to deliver trusted self-service analytics.
