Lead small-group international trips for Korean travelers: set tone, manage group dynamics, solve logistics, and ensure safety and inclusion. Attend selection event in Milan and be available to lead your first trip in September 2026. Role is per-trip/freelance and requires bilingual Korean-English.

Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic partnerships: source targets, build investment theses, run valuation and due diligence, negotiate deals, and own post-merger integration and governance. Build the M&A playbook and collaborate with executive stakeholders to deliver inorganic growth across international markets.

Lead four product engineering teams (20+ engineers and product people), own delivery of web, checkout, operations, and partner platforms, set architecture and quality standards, develop Engineering Managers, manage cross-team dependencies, and report engineering health to the executive team.
