Manage an automotive dealership sales team to drive sales, profitability, and customer relationships. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and training sales staff; achieving sales targets; maintaining customer service standards; and working with the general manager in a fast-paced, variable-schedule environment.

Make inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, identify customer needs, schedule service appointments, enter customer data into the DMS, and ensure positive customer experiences.

Engage service customers to discuss vehicle upgrade opportunities, educate on offers and incentives, coordinate with sales and service teams, maintain follow-ups, and build relationships to drive appointments and vehicle exchanges while delivering exceptional customer service.
