Manage dealership sales team to drive sales and profitability. Recruit, mentor, and train sales staff, set and meet sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, use CRM and Microsoft Office, and ensure compliance with background, motor vehicle, and drug-screen requirements. On-site role with variable schedule.

Make inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, identify customer needs, schedule service appointments, enter customer data into the DMS, and ensure positive customer experiences.

Engage service customers to discuss vehicle upgrade opportunities, educate on offers and incentives, coordinate with sales and service teams, maintain follow-ups, and build relationships to drive appointments and vehicle exchanges while delivering exceptional customer service.
