As part of our Vehicle Exchange Department, you'll play a key role in enhancing customer experience while helping our clients discover exciting upgrade opportunities. This is more than a sales job — it’s a chance to be a trusted advisor and help people get into a newer, safer, and better-equipped vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
- Educate clients on current offers, incentives, and vehicle options that meet their needs
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
- Maintain detailed follow-ups and build strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction

- A confident communicator with an outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping people
- A self-starter who isn’t afraid to start conversations and ask the right questions
- Organized, professional, and reliable with a high sense of integrity
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus — sales or service experience preferred
