Manage assigned Minnesota/North Dakota territory to drive new construction, renovation, and existing-facility sales. Build relationships with district administrators, architects, contractors; manage opportunities in CRM, present solutions and AIA courses, execute territory business plans, and coordinate internal teams to close sales.

Supervise and perform hands-on shipping and receiving operations at a manufacturing facility: manage ERP transactions (Epicor), coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, support material flow, lead a small team, ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Project Management.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies from concept to production. Create and revise detailed drawings, bills of materials, and engineering change notices; perform tolerance analysis and testing; collaborate with product managers and teams on requirements; recommend product improvements and cost reductions; support manufacturing and field testing to ensure product performance and safety.

Lead new product development and improvement projects by defining requirements, creating CAD models, performing strength/FEA analyses, overseeing testing and prototyping, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting manufacturability and documentation.

Create structural/mechanical designs and 3D CAD models, interpret architectural/mechanical drawings, perform calculations (stress, weight distribution, center-of-gravity), collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Project Management to resolve technical issues, maintain project documentation, and support manufacturing and sales in drawing interpretation.

Design, develop, program, test, calibrate, and maintain theatrical automation systems and embedded control hardware/software. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, produce wiring diagrams and control panels, manage automation projects, provide on-site installation support and training, and apply safety standards to improve theatrical performance automation.

Drive territory sales for educational and performance facility products by managing opportunities in a multi-state territory, cultivating relationships with district administrators, architects, contractors, and end users, using CRM (Salesforce), planning sales trips, presenting solutions and AIA courses, pursuing new business, and coordinating internally to meet KPIs and margin goals.

Lead project engineering for custom products from planning through completion. Create and review mechanical and architectural drawings, perform 3D modeling and calculations, develop BOMs, collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Installation, and resolve complex technical issues to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and PO accuracy; tag, distribute, and store materials; replenish shop stock; update the receiving system; initiate corrective actions for nonconformities; perform weekly cycle counts; safely unload carriers and operate material-handling equipment (forklift/crane) as needed.

Supervise daily procurement operations, lead and train procurement staff, manage supplier selection and performance, support cost-reduction and negotiations, oversee purchase order accuracy and compliance, collaborate with operations/engineering/finance, monitor inventory and supply continuity, and implement process improvements and procurement reporting.
