Manage multiple projects from planning through completion, tracking schedules, budgets, scope, costs, quality, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, installation, contractors, customers, architects, and consultants. Oversee submittals, site readiness, contract changes, corrective actions, project billing, and lessons-learned reviews to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Designs and develops structural and mechanical products through conceptualization, CAD modeling, calculations, drawing interpretation, and documentation. Collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and other departments to resolve technical issues and meet project requirements, costs, and schedules. Maintains project scopes, engineering records, drafting documentation, and production schedules while serving as a technical point of contact throughout design, manufacturing, and implementation.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes to reduce cost, waste, and safety risks while maintaining quality. Responsibilities include value engineering, cost analysis, troubleshooting, new product development, prototyping, tooling estimates, continuous improvement, DFM reviews, FMEA participation, process documentation, and employee training. The role requires CAD and 3D modeling proficiency, engineering drawing interpretation, GD&T knowledge, and collaboration across manufacturing and product development teams.
