Define customer and product requirements, lead multifunctional teams, perform CAD modeling and strength/stress analysis (FEA), oversee design validation, testing, DFMEA/DFM, prototype and preproduction support, develop engineering specifications, and provide technical documentation and manufacturing support.

Design, develop, program, test, calibrate, and maintain theatrical automation systems and embedded control hardware/software. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, produce wiring diagrams and control panels, manage automation projects, provide on-site installation support and training, and apply safety standards to improve theatrical performance automation.

Drive territory sales for educational and performance facility products by managing opportunities in a multi-state territory, cultivating relationships with district administrators, architects, contractors, and end users, using CRM (Salesforce), planning sales trips, presenting solutions and AIA courses, pursuing new business, and coordinating internally to meet KPIs and margin goals.
