Manage key accounts, drive CSAT, prospect new clients, prepare proposals and presentations, respond to RFPs, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with a global sales and marketing team to close deals.

Lead linguistic quality for an account: edit and proofread localized content, perform translations and reviews, define quality expectations, run LQAs and RCAs, liaise with Apple SMEs, manage linguistic assets, coach and onboard linguists, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions and arbitration.

Proofread and edit localized content for linguistic accuracy, consistency, and UI functionality. Report bugs using internal tracking, evaluate translations in software and apps, follow style guides and glossaries, troubleshoot basic issues, and complete assigned QA tasks on time.

Translate Irish Gaelic and English content (UI, marketing, help, regulated content) using CAT and localization tools. Follow client style guides, meet productivity and quality KPIs, participate in training, error arbitration, and quality meetings, and collaborate with remote teams to improve translations and track personal error statistics.

Support the AI/ML team by prototyping and deploying ML solutions (LLMs), running reproducible experiments, performing data cleaning and feature engineering, evaluating models, documenting results, and participating in code reviews and demos under mentor guidance.
