Manage a multidisciplinary team (clinical, psychosocial, lived experience), drive service development, quality improvement, partnerships, and community engagement to ensure accessible, responsive mental health supports.

Provide intake and assessment, deliver non-clinical aftercare support for three months following a suicide attempt, develop safety and support plans, connect consumers and families with services, engage vulnerable community members, and assist recovery through practical psychosocial support.

Paid, mentored entry-level peer role using lived experience of mental health, substance use or suicide to provide intentional peer support, build mutual relationships, empower participants, and develop skills toward a permanent peer workforce role.

Deliver mobile outreach via a Mobile Carer Hub across Southern Highlands: build community partnerships, run engagement campaigns and events, provide intake, individualised carer support plans, referrals, and peer support facilitation. Provide welcoming, local support to carers by connecting them with community services, building partnerships with organisations, facilitating Hub activities, and promoting wellbeing using a 'no wrong door' approach. Deliver community engagement, referral navigation and program coordination to strengthen carer support locally.
