Provide intentional peer support and one-to-one service navigation and care planning for people with alcohol and other drug (AOD) needs. Facilitate group peer sessions, deliver AOD education and psychosocial interventions, promote capacity building, support engagement with treatment, and draw on personal lived recovery experience while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide lived-experience peer support for people with alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health needs. Deliver one-on-one psychosocial and AOD education, service navigation, care planning, group facilitation, capacity building, and support engagement with treatment while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide Intentional Peer Support to participants with complex mental health needs, lead and mentor a lived-experience peer workforce, deliver peer supervision and co-reflection, model recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed lived-experience approaches and influence mental health reform.

Partner with operational leaders as a People & Culture Business Partner to provide HR advice, coach leaders, manage employee relations, support workforce planning, organisational change, wellbeing and people capability, and deliver integrated people solutions with specialist teams to strengthen leadership and employee experience.

Lead and coach a national Employee Relations team to deliver strategic industrial and employee relations advice. Manage complex investigations, grievances, performance and return-to-work processes, partner with leaders and legal advisors, drive policy and capability improvements, and support organisational change to foster a safe, inclusive workplace.

Provide lived-experience peer support using the Intentional Peer Support framework, helping participants navigate recovery and connect with clinical and community services. Act as a warm, inclusive first point of contact, promote self-determination, contribute to co-designed local mental health services, and support culturally safe practice for diverse communities.

Provide lived-experience peer support to help participants build social connections, engage in community and vocational activities, deliver one-on-one navigation and care planning, facilitate peer-led groups, and advocate for inclusive participant access to services.
