Designs, delivers and evaluates blended learning for Victorian mental health Locals teams. Facilitates online and face-to-face training, conducts training needs analysis, coordinates scheduling and records, builds stakeholder relationships, and contributes to training projects and continuous improvement using adult learning principles.

Paid, mentored entry-level peer role using lived experience of mental health, substance use or suicide to provide intentional peer support, build mutual relationships, empower participants, and develop skills toward a permanent peer workforce role.

Provide non-clinical, recovery-focused support to people after a suicide attempt, develop personalised safety and support plans, coordinate community and clinical services, build social connections, and travel across the Cairns and Hinterland region to deliver person-centred care and promote recovery and safety.
