Provide intentional peer support and one-to-one service navigation and care planning for people with alcohol and other drug (AOD) needs. Facilitate group peer sessions, deliver AOD education and psychosocial interventions, promote capacity building, support engagement with treatment, and draw on personal lived recovery experience while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide lived-experience peer support for people with alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health needs. Deliver one-on-one psychosocial and AOD education, service navigation, care planning, group facilitation, capacity building, and support engagement with treatment while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Provide Intentional Peer Support to participants with complex mental health needs, lead and mentor a lived-experience peer workforce, deliver peer supervision and co-reflection, model recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed lived-experience approaches and influence mental health reform.
