Build and maintain dbt models and Dagster pipelines on Snowflake within a medallion architecture. Ingest and transform claims and provider data, implement semantic layer definitions, monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver reliable partner-facing analytics.

Lead MIPS Promoting Interoperability reporting efforts: build PI program, coach partners, track TIN progress, validate annual CEHRT, support Traditional MIPS reporting, and join client calls to ensure accurate QPP submissions.

Own and build internal web and desktop applications that surface data platform outputs for analytics and clinical teams. Full-stack responsibilities include frontend, backend APIs, authentication, deployment, observability, CI/CD, and containerized AWS deployments. Partner with data engineering to expose pipelines, dbt models, and data quality signals; introduce tooling and conventions to raise application engineering standards.

Lead strategic financial modeling, analysis, and reporting to support growth, capital raising, M&A, and long-range planning. Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate deals, optimize profitability drivers, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to influence operational and financial decision-making.
