Owns and develops company-wide quality, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across digital healthcare products, medical services, and operations. Leads TÜV certifications, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, data-protection compliance, quality systems, KPI reporting, and training. Translates regulatory and patient-safety requirements into practical processes while building and managing the quality and compliance function.

Lead market entry and launch for GoLighter across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Conduct market and regulatory assessments, build a repeatable Country Launch Playbook, define commercial strategy and unit economics, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, secure partnerships, and optimize post-launch performance using growth metrics like LTV, CAC, conversion, and retention.
