Own the Medical Operating System product backlog and cross-functional project plan. Translate medical, operational, and business needs into product requirements, prioritize delivery, coordinate teams, manage risks and dependencies, support testing and release readiness, and lead rollout, onboarding, training, and change management while ensuring patient safety, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Owns and develops company-wide quality, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across digital healthcare products, medical services, and operations. Leads TÜV certifications, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, data-protection compliance, quality systems, KPI reporting, and training. Translates regulatory and patient-safety requirements into practical processes while building and managing the quality and compliance function.
