Provide urine, alcohol, and oral drug testing for residential treatment clients, perform medication observations and counts, assist with intakes and administrative tasks, transport clients, monitor facility safety, maintain testing documentation and chain-of-custody, follow CLIA-waived testing and infection-control protocols, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Provide on-site desktop and basic server support across WellSpace Health sites in Sacramento County. Troubleshoot and repair Windows systems, Office applications, printers, network connectivity, VPN, Active Directory, Cisco and Citrix environments. Manage help-desk tickets, perform installations, user and security administration (including SharePoint), execute IT projects, and coordinate with server and network engineering teams. Respond to after-hours needs occasionally.

Provide front-desk patient intake and customer service, verify insurance, schedule appointments in the EHR, process registrations and payments, maintain records and office appearance, perform basic billing support and general administrative duties.

Provide direct patient monitoring and support in a recuperative care setting: take vitals, observe and document patient condition and medication adherence, assist with admissions/discharges, coordinate appointments and medication refills, perform medication inventory and housekeeping tasks, and communicate changes to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.

Design, develop, test, and maintain BI reporting and analytics using Epic and other data sources. Build dashboards and KPIs in Tableau/Power BI, write complex SQL for ETL and ad hoc analysis, ensure data quality and documentation, support audits, and present actionable insights to support clinical, operational, and financial decision making.

Greet patients, perform intake and registration, verify insurance, schedule appointments in EHR, post payments, process billing batches, maintain patient records and provide front-desk administrative support in a clinic setting.

Collects, verifies, processes, and tracks patient referrals and diagnostic orders; obtains insurance authorizations; schedules specialty appointments; maintains accurate records and communicates with patients, providers, insurers, and community resources to ensure timely care.

Support and administer the organization's compliance program by managing the policy repository, coordinating compliance committees and meetings, tracking projects and metrics, preparing reports and audit documentation, and supporting compliance systems (e.g., NAVEX, PolicyStat). Ensure policy lifecycle, maintain forms, and collaborate across departments to drive timely execution and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and support accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement activities across departments and sites. Conduct site visits, audits, tracers, and readiness rounds; track metrics, corrective actions, and accreditation documentation; compile and interpret data into reports and dashboards; maintain accreditation files and software; assist with training, mock surveys, and survey preparation to ensure ongoing survey readiness.

Support recruiting operations by screening candidates, conducting reference checks and verifications, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant and employee electronic records, answering candidate/employee questions, assisting with job requisitions/descriptions and tracking documents, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
