Provides peer-to-peer support to individuals navigating mental health and substance use recovery. Uses lived experience to build trusting relationships, provide resource navigation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and wellness coaching in person and virtually. Documents visits, safety plans, and care plans; maintains confidentiality and certification requirements; collaborates with healthcare providers; and supports clients in developing coping skills, self-advocacy, recovery goals, and natural support networks.

Provides individual and group peer support to people recovering from mental health and substance use conditions, including outreach, screenings, resource referrals, advocacy, education, and recovery planning. Builds trusting relationships using lived experience, documents services, participates in case conferences, and supports clients with community connections and legal requirements. The role may involve transporting clients in a personal vehicle, completing intake paperwork, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in training.

Leads clinical and operational delivery for the Birth & Beyond and Enhanced Care Management programs. Oversees staff, quality metrics, contractual and grant compliance, reporting, budgets, utilization review, care coordination, crisis response, training, and continuous improvement. Partners with center leadership, multidisciplinary teams, funders, and community organizations to support family services, outreach, health equity, regulatory compliance, and program performance. Provides clinical oversight, case conferencing, chart review, and direct patient services as appropriate.

Supports the Epic EHR implementation, maintenance, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support. Partners with providers and clinical staff to translate operational workflows into effective Epic solutions. Coordinates training, develops curricula, coaches users, manages UAT and releases, monitors performance metrics, documents processes, and supports privacy, security, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Acts as a liaison between WellSpace Health, OCHIN, project teams, and end users while coordinating system changes and improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site desktop and basic server support across WellSpace Health sites in Sacramento County. Troubleshoot and repair Windows systems, Office applications, printers, network connectivity, VPN, Active Directory, Cisco and Citrix environments. Manage help-desk tickets, perform installations, user and security administration (including SharePoint), execute IT projects, and coordinate with server and network engineering teams. Respond to after-hours needs occasionally.

Provide front-desk patient intake and customer service, verify insurance, schedule appointments in the EHR, process registrations and payments, maintain records and office appearance, perform basic billing support and general administrative duties.

Provide direct patient monitoring and support in a recuperative care setting: take vitals, observe and document patient condition and medication adherence, assist with admissions/discharges, coordinate appointments and medication refills, perform medication inventory and housekeeping tasks, and communicate changes to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.

Provide assessment, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for justice-involved adults with moderate to severe mental illness. Collaborate with integrated care teams, document in the EHR, deliver brief interventions (MI, SBIRT, DBT, trauma-informed CBT), make referrals, support program evaluation, and provide trainings and community consultation.

Conduct internal audits and monitoring to evaluate regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance; document findings, validate corrective actions, assess contract performance, prepare objective audit reports, and collaborate with departments to improve controls and audit readiness.
