Supports accurate, timely payroll processing with primary responsibility for retirement plan contributions, payroll and benefits reconciliations, clearing accounts, documentation, and related reporting. Assists with biweekly payroll, corrections, accruals, audits, month-end close, employee payroll inquiries, system implementations, and process improvements. Works closely with Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and external benefit providers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Provides transportation, triage assistance, de-escalation, discharge planning, and patient support for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Coordinates with multidisciplinary care teams, documents transport and discharge details in the EHR, maintains and disinfects the van, and supports daily crisis center operations. The role requires transporting 12–20 patients per shift across Sacramento County, including hospitals, homes, treatment centers, and homeless encampments.

Provide urine, alcohol, and oral drug testing for residential treatment clients, perform medication observations and counts, assist with intakes and administrative tasks, transport clients, monitor facility safety, maintain testing documentation and chain-of-custody, follow CLIA-waived testing and infection-control protocols, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Provides peer-to-peer support to individuals navigating mental health and substance use recovery. Uses lived experience to build trusting relationships, provide resource navigation, crisis intervention, advocacy, and wellness coaching in person and virtually. Documents visits, safety plans, and care plans; maintains confidentiality and certification requirements; collaborates with healthcare providers; and supports clients in developing coping skills, self-advocacy, recovery goals, and natural support networks.

Provides individual and group peer support to people recovering from mental health and substance use conditions, including outreach, screenings, resource referrals, advocacy, education, and recovery planning. Builds trusting relationships using lived experience, documents services, participates in case conferences, and supports clients with community connections and legal requirements. The role may involve transporting clients in a personal vehicle, completing intake paperwork, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in training.

Leads clinical and operational delivery for the Birth & Beyond and Enhanced Care Management programs. Oversees staff, quality metrics, contractual and grant compliance, reporting, budgets, utilization review, care coordination, crisis response, training, and continuous improvement. Partners with center leadership, multidisciplinary teams, funders, and community organizations to support family services, outreach, health equity, regulatory compliance, and program performance. Provides clinical oversight, case conferencing, chart review, and direct patient services as appropriate.

Provide direct patient monitoring and support in a recuperative care setting: take vitals, observe and document patient condition and medication adherence, assist with admissions/discharges, coordinate appointments and medication refills, perform medication inventory and housekeeping tasks, and communicate changes to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.

Provide assessment, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for justice-involved adults with moderate to severe mental illness. Collaborate with integrated care teams, document in the EHR, deliver brief interventions (MI, SBIRT, DBT, trauma-informed CBT), make referrals, support program evaluation, and provide trainings and community consultation.

Conduct internal audits and monitoring to evaluate regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance; document findings, validate corrective actions, assess contract performance, prepare objective audit reports, and collaborate with departments to improve controls and audit readiness.
