Provides 24-hour suicide prevention and crisis-line support through risk assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, follow-up, documentation, and referrals. Supports callers experiencing suicidal ideation, mental health symptoms, psychosis, or substance use disorders. Conducts brief interventions, motivational interviewing, screening, and treatment referrals while coordinating with crisis teams and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Provides consultation and supervision support, participates in quality improvement, and completes ongoing training and clinical supervision.

Supports, maintains, upgrades, and optimizes the Epic EHR system for clinical staff. Translates provider and end-user workflows into Epic configurations, troubleshoots issues, coordinates releases and UAT, develops training programs, and provides individual and group coaching. The role monitors performance metrics, manages communications and documentation, supports change initiatives, and ensures privacy, security, regulatory, and accreditation compliance while liaising between WellSpace Health and OCHIN.

Supports accurate, timely payroll processing with primary responsibility for retirement plan contributions, payroll and benefits reconciliations, clearing accounts, documentation, and related reporting. Assists with biweekly payroll, corrections, accruals, audits, month-end close, employee payroll inquiries, system implementations, and process improvements. Works closely with Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and external benefit providers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
