Support and maintain EHS safety programs across plant, field, and contractor operations. Conduct safety audits, job safety analyses, training, incident investigations, OSHA compliance documentation, and workers' compensation coordination. Lead and oversee daily precast plant operations, including production planning, staffing, equipment maintenance, quality control, safety compliance, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Train and evaluate staff, manage vendor relationships, resolve production issues, and report operational performance to senior leadership to meet delivery, quality, and profitability goals.

Manage sealants construction projects from planning through completion: oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, field coordination, safety compliance, stakeholder meetings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
