Supports the Safety team by maintaining OSHA training, certification, incident, audit, and JHA records; coordinating safety training, meetings, medical evaluations, FIT tests, and events; preparing safety reports; tracking reimbursements and workers’ compensation claims; assisting with incident investigations and root-cause documentation; and supporting EHS programs, communications, and special projects across plant and field operations.

Leads environmental, health, and safety programs at a precast concrete manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, delivering training, investigating incidents, maintaining JHAs, auditing compliance, analyzing safety metrics, managing corrective actions, and supporting environmental programs involving waste, pollution prevention, and air, water, and waste regulations.

Manages environmental, health, safety, and DOT compliance across manufacturing plants and field sites. Responsibilities include developing safety processes, conducting audits and job safety analyses, investigating incidents, maintaining OSHA records, managing workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, overseeing DOT driver and vehicle compliance, administering drug and alcohol testing, supporting inspections, and recommending corrective actions. The role also promotes safety culture, analyzes trends, provides training support, and drives risk reduction.
