Support and maintain EHS safety programs across plant, field, and contractor operations. Conduct safety audits, job safety analyses, training, incident investigations, OSHA compliance documentation, and workers' compensation coordination. Maintain SDS and safety records, provide on-site safety support, track certifications, and promote a strong safety culture.

Support daily precast plant operations by coordinating production scheduling, monitoring quality and delivery timelines, collaborating with QC/Engineering/PMs, training hourly staff, promoting safety and continuous improvement, and assisting the Plant Manager on special projects.

Manage the contract lifecycle: draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts; identify and mitigate contractual risk; support sales/RFPs; maintain templates and records; use CLM systems; draft subcontracts; analyze contract data; train teams and drive process improvements.
