Oversee and maintain EHS and DOT compliance across plants and field sites by promoting safety culture, conducting audits and job safety analyses, investigating incidents, managing workers' compensation and return-to-work, administering DOT drug and alcohol testing, ensuring OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory reporting, and delivering training and corrective actions to reduce risk and improve safety performance.

Entry-level Engineer in Training supporting precast concrete structural design, analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Assists senior engineers, interprets drawings, performs basic calculations, participates in site/plant visits, supports sales/estimating, and helps resolve technical issues while pursuing PE licensure.

Perform finishing and repairs on precast panels: patch spalls/cracks and unused lifting inserts, remove slurry, apply smear coat, replace marked brick, install required hardware, complete yard modifications, and maintain clean, safe work areas to meet quality standards.
