Manage outsourced drafting and engineering services, lead Outsource Coordinators, coordinate vendors and cross-functional partners, oversee RFPs/contracts, assign workloads, ensure quality and standards, monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and support project cash-flow and special initiatives.

Support preconstruction of precast concrete projects by coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams; review design documents; produce cost estimates and budgets; schedule logistics and procurement; ensure quality, code compliance, and risk mitigation; communicate with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery.

Lead complex precast construction projects from pre-design through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder coordination. Manage contracts, change orders, risk, financials and reporting; mentor project teams; coordinate production and erection activities; participate in safety and quality audits and subcontractor meetings.
