Provides comprehensive acute, emergency, and psychiatric-support medical care to incarcerated patients under physician supervision. Evaluates and treats patients, coordinates transfers, consults with physicians and mental health professionals, documents care in EMR systems, maintains HIPAA compliance, supports cross-coverage, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Supports telemedicine program implementation and ongoing operations across a regional territory. Responsibilities include provider and vendor scheduling, site communications, technology setup, technical support, workflow coordination, clinical documentation and scribing, plus backup clinical coordinator and phlebotomy coverage. The role requires an accredited CMA course, medical assistant certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and regional travel.
