Lead all accounting and financial reporting for a PE-backed CPG company, ensuring GAAP compliance, close process excellence, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, ERP optimization (IFS), cash and working capital management, and building a high-performing accounting team to support growth and exit readiness.

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Boomi or SSIS to load data into a data warehouse.
