Provides strategic and operational leadership across enterprise systems, business intelligence, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, vendors, budgets, and technology roadmaps. Partners with business leaders to improve processes and decision-making, leads secure and scalable technology implementations, and manages and develops the IT team. The role is based primarily in-office in Burlington, Massachusetts, with remote work on Fridays.

Leads commercial finance and Revenue Growth Management, including financial planning, forecasting, performance reviews, pricing, portfolio optimization, trade investment, and profitability analysis. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to develop data-driven strategies, financial models, dashboards, governance processes, and commercial growth recommendations. Oversees AOP, long-range planning, scenario analysis, syndicated market data integration, and investment effectiveness.

Lead sourcing of raw materials and ingredients across multiple sites: monitor commodity markets, run RFx and negotiations, develop category strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, forecast KPIs, resolve supply disruptions, and mentor a Procurement Analyst while partnering cross-functionally to support NPD and manufacturing.
