Manage end-to-end demand execution for ANZ: process customer orders, coordinate inbound logistics, support warehouse inventory control, liaise with co-packers and freight partners, maintain operational trackers and reports, and assist planning and S&OP activities.

Lead the dog food and treats business as General Manager to stabilize performance, restore growth and margins, and execute a focused turnaround. Own P&L, set brand strategy, align cross-functional teams, prioritize innovation, rebuild customer/channel momentum, and develop a results-driven team culture.

Use consumer and category insights to drive go-to-market strategies for dog treats and dog food. Analyze Nielsen/IRI data to report performance, identify opportunities, lead cross-functional product launches, and support annual brand plans, marketing campaigns, promotions, merchandising, and distribution to grow the brand.
