Provide case management and service linkages for supported housing residents: assess housing and functional needs, coordinate care with community providers, supervise urine testing, assist with benefits, housing processes, documentation, on-call emergency response, and supervise assigned staff.

Serve as the front‑desk representative and security guard, greeting visitors, answering phones, monitoring cameras and alarms, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting HR with hiring paperwork, background checks, and administrative tasks to maintain a safe, professional workplace.

Provide housing navigation, placement, and post-placement follow-up for clients referred by NYC H+H. Conduct intakes, develop housing plans, coordinate interviews/site visits, document case activity, and collaborate with partners while performing fieldwork across NYC and supporting DEI and professional development.

Provide IPS-supported employment services: job development, employer outreach, benefits education, vocational assessment, individualized employment planning, job coaching, community-based outreach, data entry/reporting, and integration with mental health treatment teams to help clients obtain and maintain competitive employment.

Lead program operations to ensure compliance with New York City DOHMH standards. Oversee hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, scheduling, budgets, QA, reporting, resident care planning and discharge, staff development, payroll, purchasing, safety issues, and transport residents as needed. Coordinate with Intake and leadership and report to the Deputy Director.

Provide direct care and medical advocacy for persons served: accompany to appointments, coordinate with nurses and providers, manage medications (EMAR), document in EHR, perform ADLs (including G-tube and Hoyer lift transfers), operate agency vehicles, complete required safety/CPR/First Aid trainings, and communicate medical needs and documentation to the care team.

Provide clinical supervision and direct care within interdisciplinary mental health and addiction clinics: manage clinic operations, carry caseload, perform intakes, lead team meetings, ensure regulatory compliance (OMH/OASAS), provide crisis intervention, coordinate care, and complete timely EHR documentation.

Deliver IPS employment services within an ACT program: conduct vocational assessment, rapid job search, job development, employer engagement, and job coaching. Spend at least 65% of time in the community, enter data in NYESS/EHR/VelloHealth/CAIRS, document interactions within 48 hours, collaborate with ACT team, attend IPS trainings, and support client access to resources and job retention.

Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations including verification, billing, collections, denial management, claims submission, and credentialing. Ensure payer compliance, optimize revenue performance, maintain EHR (AVATAR) configuration, analyze performance metrics, lead revenue cycle staff, and implement process improvements to maximize reimbursement and reporting accuracy.

Manage tracking systems for benefit applications and appeals; screen clients for eligibility; assist with applications and appeals; liaise and travel to governmental agencies; maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant records; prepare narratives, spreadsheets, and statistical reports; train staff and maintain department database.

Provide front-desk clerical support: sign in clients, verify financial and insurance information, enter applications into My Avatar, manage phones/faxes, schedule reminders, process payments, assist with prior authorizations, file results, close/reconcile desk, and support office projects and other sites as needed.

Coordinate daily operations of the Bridger program, supervise staff, screen and assess clients for discharge, ensure compliance with agency and DOHMH/DMH regulations, manage schedules and documentation, oversee physical plant compliance, report incidents within 24 hours, remain on-call 24/7 for emergencies, and support program development and staff training.

Provide administrative oversight for an ACT program: manage phone and correspondence, maintain EHR and billing records, schedule appointments, track petty cash, support nursing with authorizations, generate reports, ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate office operations.
