Develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for individuals facing employment barriers. Provide career planning, job readiness training, resume and interview support, match participants to roles, negotiate accommodations, and deliver ongoing job coaching and retention services. Maintain participant records and ensure compliance with program and funding requirements.

Provide case management and service linkages for supported housing residents: assess needs, coordinate care, facilitate housing and benefits, supervise staff, maintain documentation, respond to emergencies, and perform required trainings.

Provide case management and service linkages for residents in a supported housing program: assess apartments and resident needs, coordinate community and treatment services, assist with housing/subsidies/benefits, supervise staff, document incidents, conduct urine testing, respond to emergencies (on-call 24/7), and complete required trainings (AMAP, CPR, First Aid).
