Provide case management and service linkages for supported housing residents, coordinate community and clinical services, supervise staff, manage housing logistics and benefits, maintain documentation, respond to emergencies, and ensure client safety and daily-living support.

Provide direct support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities in a classroom setting. Assist with activities of daily living, implement individualized goals, document progress, perform behavioral interventions using OPWDD techniques, support medical/psychiatric appointments, maintain safety and cleanliness, supervise meals, and complete required paperwork and electronic documentation.

Oversee program operations, ensure DOHMH compliance, supervise and train staff, manage hiring, payroll, budgets, and quality assurance. Lead case reviews, service plan implementation, reporting, and occasional resident transport.
