Provide direct support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities in a classroom setting. Assist with activities of daily living, implement individualized goals, document progress, perform behavioral interventions using OPWDD techniques, support medical/psychiatric appointments, maintain safety and cleanliness, supervise meals, and complete required paperwork and electronic documentation.

Oversee program operations, ensure DOHMH compliance, supervise and train staff, manage hiring, payroll, budgets, and quality assurance. Lead case reviews, service plan implementation, reporting, and occasional resident transport.

Provide assessments, individual and group counseling, case management and linkage to services. Develop treatment plans with ACT team, facilitate groups, ensure documentation and OMH compliance, provide crisis intervention, coordinate entitlements and transportation, enter data into VelloHealth, and operate agency/own vehicle for home visits.
