Own commercial strategy, client sales, and client success; recruit and develop high-performing teams; close complex enterprise deals; establish targets and workflows; and build relationships with C-suite, HR leaders, works councils, and regional industry stakeholders.

Own lifecycle marketing and CRM programs for Wellz across Brazil and Italy. Design and optimize user journeys spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and recovery through email, push, and WhatsApp. Manage CleverTap campaigns, segmentation, automation, experimentation, reporting, governance, QA, and performance optimization. Develop copy and creative assets, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, apply AI tools, and lead end-to-end growth initiatives.

Leads Wellhub’s strategic gym and wellness partnerships across North America. Owns partner lifecycle strategy, revenue growth, complex C-suite negotiations, pipeline development, innovative partnership initiatives, and implementation. Builds relationships with major fitness providers, represents Wellhub at industry events, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-touch partner experiences.

Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients (5,000+ eligible employees), build strong relationships, develop scalable success plans, monitor product usage, run business reviews, and drive subscriber growth and MRR through upsell/cross-sell in collaboration with sales and engagement teams.

Prospect and engage enterprise organizations in Ireland through strategic outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video. Identify complex opportunities, engage multiple stakeholders, qualify leads, and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives. Build consultative relationships, support long sales cycles, achieve sales targets, and develop expertise in HR, wellness, and people trends.

Oversees product managers, UX designers, analytics professionals, and developers while driving personalization, SEO, GEO/AEO, performance measurement, and design-to-code workflows. Evaluates agentic AI tools, establishes governance and human-in-the-loop controls, and partners cross-functionally on campaigns, launches, content, and website technology.

Own the strategy, roadmap, design, experimentation, analytics, and execution of Wellhub’s B2B website experience. Lead product managers, UX designers, analytics professionals, and developers while evolving the site toward an agentic AI operating model. Drive conversion optimization, reporting, personalization, SEO, GEO/AEO, and AI-assisted workflows. Establish guardrails for AI, manage design systems and web platforms, and partner cross-functionally on launches, campaigns, and global website localization.

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams building Marketplace Value Management Systems. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud services and data pipelines. Integrate third-party APIs, improve existing systems, maintain technical vision, and collaborate across global teams to deliver performant, production-grade solutions.

Lead a hands-on frontend engineering team building partner acquisition and onboarding products. Architect scalable frontend and backend systems, oversee React and TypeScript development, integrate Kotlin, AWS, and Salesforce workflows, and establish experimentation infrastructure with Growthbook. Drive A/B testing, AI-assisted engineering practices, modern SDLC standards, code reviews, system design, and team performance across six engineers.

Own and evolve Wellhub’s observability platform as a scalable, resilient Observability-as-a-Service ecosystem. Build self-service tooling, golden paths, developer abstractions, and cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes. Improve metrics, logs, traces, profiling, telemetry cost efficiency, and platform reliability while establishing engineering standards and RFC processes. Collaborate with teams to enable end-to-end service ownership and deliver intuitive internal tools.
