The Client Success Senior Manager will oversee the onboarding of French corporate clients, foster key relationships, and drive contract negotiations while building a local success playbook.

Own partner acquisition in France: identify, prospect, negotiate, and onboard gyms and wellness studios; drive outbound outreach, meet acquisition targets, refine onboarding processes, and share market insights to scale Wellhub locally.

Manage and grow relationships with Wellhub’s first French fitness and wellness partners. Onboard and support partners via Zendesk, negotiate commercial terms, identify and retain at-risk partners, coordinate with internal teams to resolve local issues, and provide market feedback to adapt workflows and scale the network.
