Identify and engage prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, uncover client needs, communicate Wellhub’s value, overcome objections, and qualify opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams, manage prospect expectations, research target industries, and achieve sales targets across multiple markets while promoting workplace wellness solutions.

Manage a portfolio of large, complex enterprise clients throughout the client lifecycle. Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling, contract renegotiations, and expansion opportunities. Build relationships with HR leaders and C-level stakeholders, use data to support retention and negotiation strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and provide product feedback. The role is hybrid in São Paulo and requires advanced English proficiency and prior enterprise client portfolio management experience.

Manage inbound and outbound SMB sales opportunities in Spain, conduct high-volume prospecting and demos, run full-cycle sales processes, and close deals. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio of organizations with up to 500 employees, meeting quarterly quotas, using sales performance metrics, and collaborating with the team to improve results. Strong communication, adaptability, organization, and a coachable, energetic approach are essential.
