Own enterprise new-business sales across Italy, from prospecting and pipeline development through complex, high-value deal closure and onboarding. Build executive relationships, create proposals and business cases, manage sales opportunities, represent Wellhub at industry events, and collaborate with SDRs and internal stakeholders. The role requires SaaS or comparable complex-sales experience, strong commercial communication, CRM and prospecting-tool proficiency, data-driven decision-making, and knowledge of Italian welfare regulations.

Lead global privacy, data protection, AI governance, and compliance initiatives. Evaluate DPIAs and AI risk assessments, oversee vendor privacy due diligence, monitor regulatory developments, advise product, security, and engineering teams on privacy-by-design and responsible AI, and manage legal and compliance documentation. The role supports compliance with GDPR, CCPA, the EU AI Act, and relevant ISO standards.
