Own and evolve Wellhub’s observability platform as a scalable, resilient Observability-as-a-Service ecosystem. Build self-service tooling, golden paths, developer abstractions, and cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes. Improve metrics, logs, traces, profiling, telemetry cost efficiency, and platform reliability while establishing engineering standards and RFC processes. Collaborate with teams to enable end-to-end service ownership and deliver intuitive internal tools.

Analyze client and operational data, identify process improvement opportunities, lead transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document policies and workflows, organize training and alignment sessions, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors across partner operations.

Supports HR client operations in Latin America by analyzing client data, identifying process improvements, coordinating projects and stakeholder initiatives, documenting policies and workflows, supporting sales teams, and implementing controls to improve efficiency and reduce errors. The role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, client communication, training coordination, expectation management, and delivering insights through presentations and operational analysis.
