Architect scalable frontend and backend systems, oversee React and TypeScript development, integrate Kotlin, AWS, and Salesforce workflows, and establish experimentation infrastructure with Growthbook. Drive A/B testing, AI-assisted engineering practices, modern SDLC standards, code reviews, system design, and team performance across six engineers.

Own and evolve Wellhub’s observability platform as a scalable, resilient Observability-as-a-Service ecosystem. Build self-service tooling, golden paths, developer abstractions, and cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes. Improve metrics, logs, traces, profiling, telemetry cost efficiency, and platform reliability while establishing engineering standards and RFC processes. Collaborate with teams to enable end-to-end service ownership and deliver intuitive internal tools.

Analyze client and operational data, identify process improvement opportunities, lead transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document policies and workflows, organize training and alignment sessions, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors across partner operations.
