Own the commercial enablement engine for a field sales organization. Build onboarding, ramp, training, coaching, sales methodology, CRM adoption, enablement content, playbooks, and cross-functional workflows with product and marketing. Maintain data quality, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics while removing internal obstacles and translating sales strategy into repeatable programs. This individual contributor role supports sales leadership without carrying a quota or managing the field team.

Resolve escalated technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement bug fixes and minor enhancements, write automation scripts, support Azure cloud infrastructure, collaborate with DevOps/Engineering/QA, document incidents, and improve system reliability and support processes.

Build, deploy, automate, and maintain Azure-based production systems using IaC and CI/CD. Manage releases, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across platform and application domains. Improve architecture and processes, ensure security and performance, support pre-production testing, and evaluate new tools to support scalable, reliable cloud operations.

The Site Reliability Engineer will optimize Azure App Services, implement monitoring systems, automate workflows, and collaborate with development teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
