Lead and execute month-end and year-end close, manage journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP, cash accounting, 1099 processing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), software capitalization, fixed assets, and audit support. Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, cash forecasting, and scalable accounting processes while partnering with finance and business stakeholders.

Lead multiple software engineering teams, oversee people management, contractors, resource planning, capacity management, and delivery execution. Partner with Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Scrum Masters to prioritize work, monitor readiness, track metrics (velocity, utilization, quality), mitigate risks, and improve processes. Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent.

Investigate and resolve application and system issues, perform root cause analysis, implement bug fixes and minor enhancements, automate support tasks, assist cloud infrastructure monitoring (Azure), and document incidents and solutions to improve system stability and support metrics.
