Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, operating models, board and investor reporting, and monthly financial performance reviews. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on capital allocation, pricing, product investment, KPIs, and growth strategy. Support capital raises, acquisition diligence, integration planning, and process automation using AI. Improve forecast discipline, reporting quality, data visibility, and close-to-report processes.

Own the commercial enablement engine for a field sales organization. Build onboarding, ramp, training, coaching, sales methodology, CRM adoption, enablement content, playbooks, and cross-functional workflows with product and marketing. Maintain data quality, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics while removing internal obstacles and translating sales strategy into repeatable programs. This individual contributor role supports sales leadership without carrying a quota or managing the field team.

Resolve escalated technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement bug fixes and minor enhancements, write automation scripts, support Azure cloud infrastructure, collaborate with DevOps/Engineering/QA, document incidents, and improve system reliability and support processes.
