Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and clinical requirements for mobile and web digital health products. Lead JAD sessions, write epics and user stories, create wireframes/prototypes, support Agile iteration planning, collaborate with UI/UX and onshore/offshore development teams, and lead user acceptance testing in a regulated HITRUST/ISO environment.

Leads end-to-end design strategy for AI-driven mobile and web health products. Develops user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and scalable design systems while ensuring usability, accessibility, regulatory alignment, and implementation quality. Collaborates with product, engineering, business, human factors, and scrum teams; influences stakeholders, manages multiple design initiatives, reviews delivered work, and mentors designers.

Leads strategic relationships with a complex portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Develops success plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, leads executive business reviews, analyzes engagement and clinical outcomes, resolves complex service issues, and manages renewals, retention, and account expansion. The role requires extensive healthcare client success experience, executive communication, project leadership, data orientation, autonomy, and Salesforce proficiency.

Manage strategic enterprise healthcare accounts as a trusted advisor and primary client contact. Drive onboarding, implementation, activation, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Support business reviews, account dashboards, invoicing, documentation, client approvals, issue resolution, and transitions to Customer Care. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure program objectives are achieved in a regulated digital health environment.

Own and scale Welldoc’s content engine across corporate, B2B, and B2C audiences. Produce long-form assets, social content, website copy, and paid campaigns; translate complex clinical and AI concepts into compelling messaging; and measure performance through analytics, A/B testing, pipeline influence, CPL, and ROAS. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, HR, and executive teams while supporting thought leadership, compliance, SEO, and growth strategy.

Own India market entry for a healthcare IT SaaS suite: design and execute GTM, aggressively prospect and close enterprise accounts, manage full sales cycle and ARR targets, translate local feedback to product teams, build C-suite relationships, ensure compliance/localization, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead design and implementation of scalable RAG pipelines and autonomous agent workflows; evaluate and integrate frontier LLMs; develop prompts, chains, and multi-agent systems; collaborate with product, data, and engineering to prototype and productionize AI solutions; ensure responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance; communicate with stakeholders and clients.
