Leads revenue operations and the SDR team, overseeing forecasting, sales capacity planning, pipeline health, territory design, commercial systems, and cross-functional GTM alignment. Owns Salesforce and related revenue technology, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, RFP workflows, vendor partnerships, and process improvements. Advises executives on revenue performance, develops scalable operating models, and improves sales productivity, conversion, forecasting accuracy, and growth efficiency.

Designs and builds scalable analytics data models, consumption layers, and transformation pipelines supporting BI, reporting, and AI applications. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, improves data architecture and quality, applies software engineering best practices, evaluates data tools, troubleshoots issues, and optimizes data infrastructure and workflows.

Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and clinical requirements for mobile and web digital health products. Lead JAD sessions, write epics and user stories, create wireframes/prototypes, support Agile iteration planning, collaborate with UI/UX and onshore/offshore development teams, and lead user acceptance testing in a regulated HITRUST/ISO environment.

Manages the corporate website’s day-to-day operations, SEO, AEO, GEO, accessibility, analytics, and conversion optimization. Updates Webflow content, builds and tests landing pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, maintains WCAG compliance, analyzes performance through GA4 and Looker Studio, and manages agency and accessibility vendors. The role also leads web projects, conducts CRO testing, and supports organic B2B and B2C growth.

Leads project delivery across the India organization, aligning executives, Engineering, and Product teams. Owns release planning, estimation, risk mitigation, Agile governance, quality improvement, delivery metrics, dashboards, and backlog readiness. The role drives predictable, high-quality software releases, improves SDLC processes, manages project-stream health, and develops a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Leads end-to-end design strategy for AI-driven mobile and web health products. Develops user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and scalable design systems while ensuring usability, accessibility, regulatory alignment, and implementation quality. Collaborates with product, engineering, business, human factors, and scrum teams; influences stakeholders, manages multiple design initiatives, reviews delivered work, and mentors designers.

Leads strategic relationships with a complex portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Develops success plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, leads executive business reviews, analyzes engagement and clinical outcomes, resolves complex service issues, and manages renewals, retention, and account expansion. The role requires extensive healthcare client success experience, executive communication, project leadership, data orientation, autonomy, and Salesforce proficiency.

Manage strategic enterprise healthcare accounts as a trusted advisor and primary client contact. Drive onboarding, implementation, activation, engagement, adoption, retention, and growth while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Support business reviews, account dashboards, invoicing, documentation, client approvals, issue resolution, and transitions to Customer Care. Maintain client satisfaction and ensure program objectives are achieved in a regulated digital health environment.

Own and scale Welldoc’s content engine across corporate, B2B, and B2C audiences. Produce long-form assets, social content, website copy, and paid campaigns; translate complex clinical and AI concepts into compelling messaging; and measure performance through analytics, A/B testing, pipeline influence, CPL, and ROAS. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, HR, and executive teams while supporting thought leadership, compliance, SEO, and growth strategy.

Own India market entry for a healthcare IT SaaS suite: design and execute GTM, aggressively prospect and close enterprise accounts, manage full sales cycle and ARR targets, translate local feedback to product teams, build C-suite relationships, ensure compliance/localization, and represent the company at industry events.
