Manage and deliver software and sustainment projects by coordinating internal teams and external vendors, defining scope, tracking timelines/budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Manage cross-functional engineering projects from kickoff to launch: build and track schedules, translate product requirements into technical tasks, facilitate Agile ceremonies, report status to stakeholders and leadership, identify and mitigate risks, and continuously improve processes and handoffs.

Own India market entry for a healthcare IT SaaS suite: design and execute GTM, aggressively prospect and close enterprise accounts, manage full sales cycle and ARR targets, translate local feedback to product teams, build C-suite relationships, ensure compliance/localization, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead design and implementation of scalable RAG pipelines and autonomous agent workflows; evaluate and integrate frontier LLMs; develop prompts, chains, and multi-agent systems; collaborate with product, data, and engineering to prototype and productionize AI solutions; ensure responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance; communicate with stakeholders and clients.

The AI Engineer will design and implement AI solutions, particularly focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in Generative AI.
