Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and clinical requirements for mobile and web digital health products. Lead JAD sessions, write epics and user stories, create wireframes/prototypes, support Agile iteration planning, collaborate with UI/UX and onshore/offshore development teams, and lead user acceptance testing in a regulated HITRUST/ISO environment.

Leads end-to-end design strategy for AI-driven mobile and web health products. Develops user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and scalable design systems while ensuring usability, accessibility, regulatory alignment, and implementation quality. Collaborates with product, engineering, business, human factors, and scrum teams; influences stakeholders, manages multiple design initiatives, reviews delivered work, and mentors designers.

Leads strategic relationships with a complex portfolio of healthcare clients, serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Develops success plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, leads executive business reviews, analyzes engagement and clinical outcomes, resolves complex service issues, and manages renewals, retention, and account expansion. The role requires extensive healthcare client success experience, executive communication, project leadership, data orientation, autonomy, and Salesforce proficiency.
