Manage and deliver software and sustainment projects by coordinating internal teams and external vendors, defining scope, tracking timelines/budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Partner with clinical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and clinical requirements for mobile and web digital health products. Lead JAD sessions, write epics and user stories, create wireframes/prototypes, support Agile iteration planning, collaborate with UI/UX and onshore/offshore development teams, and lead user acceptance testing in a regulated HITRUST/ISO environment.

Support and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, deploy product updates, troubleshoot production issues, automate operational tasks with scripting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document system configurations in regulated healthcare environments.
