Provides consultative lending sales and loan origination support through digital applications, inbound and outbound calls. Assesses member needs, recommends loan and deposit products, cross-sells insurance and warranty products, manages loan pipelines, and communicates underwriting decisions. Recovers charged-off accounts by contacting debtors, researching repayment capacity, negotiating settlements, and processing payments. Maintains compliance with lending regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and suspicious activity reporting procedures.

Develops, integrates, secures, tests, deploys, and supports full-stack enterprise solutions across web, digital banking, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and Symitar/Episys systems. Responsibilities include front-end and back-end development, API integrations, database optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, production troubleshooting, security, compliance, and technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Supports administration, configuration, optimization, and daily operations of HubSpot across marketing, sales, service, and operations functions. Maintains workflows, properties, reports, dashboards, permissions, pipelines, and data quality. Provides user support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and onboarding; gathers requirements; supports testing and implementation projects; coordinates with vendors and agency partners; and escalates complex architecture, integrations, coding, and strategic decisions.

Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to departments and leaders. Coordinates project accounting, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, testing, internal controls, reconciliations, and close activities. Partners with business and technology stakeholders, develops procedures and training materials, supports audits, and transitions initiatives into sustainable operations. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, accounting systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and at least five years of progressive accounting experience.

Leads Wellby Financial’s brand voice, communications, content strategy, public relations, media engagement, social media, executive messaging, sponsorships, and partnerships. Creates and oversees marketing content across email, web, campaigns, and external channels while ensuring consistent messaging, regulatory alignment, and reputation management. Provides strategic guidance to leadership, mentors team members, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, and supports scalable brand and communications processes.

Monitor SIEM and security tools to detect, analyze, contain, and remediate incidents. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, system hardening, patch monitoring, secure configuration reviews, and enforce security policies. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors, promote security awareness training, participate in audits and risk assessments, and report suspicious activity per BSA requirements.

Proactively engage members via high-volume outbound outreach to uncover financial needs, recommend lending and deposit solutions, originate home equity loans/HELOCs, complete compliant applications, and deepen long-term relationships to drive branch revenue.

Lead strategic direction and execution of the credit union's wealth management, financial planning, and retirement programs. Hire, coach, and mentor financial advisors to drive growth, profitability, and compliance. Partner with technology, marketing, and channel leaders to optimize platforms and delivery, manage relationships with LPL brokerage, and monitor performance metrics to ensure member-focused advisory services.

Drive branch revenue by proactively engaging members, conducting financial discovery, and originating home equity lending (HELOC/loans). Perform high-volume outbound outreach, consultative selling, complete compliant loan applications, and deepen member relationships while maintaining required registrations and certifications.
