Provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to departments and leaders. Coordinates meetings, maintains records and filing systems, prepares documents, manages office supplies, processes routine transactions, supports events and departmental initiatives, performs data entry, and handles communications professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Serves as the accounting subject matter expert for enterprise projects, system implementations, capital initiatives, and process improvements. Coordinates project accounting, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, testing, internal controls, reconciliations, and close activities. Partners with business and technology stakeholders, develops procedures and training materials, supports audits, and transitions initiatives into sustainable operations. Requires strong GAAP knowledge, accounting systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and at least five years of progressive accounting experience.

Leads Wellby Financial’s brand voice, communications, content strategy, public relations, media engagement, social media, executive messaging, sponsorships, and partnerships. Creates and oversees marketing content across email, web, campaigns, and external channels while ensuring consistent messaging, regulatory alignment, and reputation management. Provides strategic guidance to leadership, mentors team members, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, and supports scalable brand and communications processes.

Monitor SIEM and security tools to detect, analyze, contain, and remediate incidents. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, system hardening, patch monitoring, secure configuration reviews, and enforce security policies. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors, promote security awareness training, participate in audits and risk assessments, and report suspicious activity per BSA requirements.

Manage end-to-end scheduling and operations for learning programs, maintain the LMS (Workday Learning), coordinate logistics and communications, assist content development and budgeting, track training completions and compliance, and support data integrity and process improvements across onboarding, retail, and leadership development.

Proactively engage members via high-volume outbound outreach to uncover financial needs, recommend lending and deposit solutions, originate home equity loans/HELOCs, complete compliant applications, and deepen long-term relationships to drive branch revenue.

Lead strategic direction and execution of the credit union's wealth management, financial planning, and retirement programs. Hire, coach, and mentor financial advisors to drive growth, profitability, and compliance. Partner with technology, marketing, and channel leaders to optimize platforms and delivery, manage relationships with LPL brokerage, and monitor performance metrics to ensure member-focused advisory services.

Drive branch revenue by proactively engaging members, conducting financial discovery, and originating home equity lending (HELOC/loans). Perform high-volume outbound outreach, consultative selling, complete compliant loan applications, and deepen member relationships while maintaining required registrations and certifications.

Administer and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. Lead implementations, manage data integrity, build workflows/automations, integrations, reporting, and custom events/datasets. Drive adoption, train users, troubleshoot issues (including after-hours), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing processes and performance metrics.

Proactively engage members via high-volume outbound outreach to uncover financial needs, recommend advisory lending and deposit solutions, and originate home equity loans/HELOCs. Complete compliant applications, resolve issues, meet branch production targets, and maintain NMLS registration and FiCEP certification while delivering high-quality member service.
