Leads Wellby Financial’s brand voice, communications, content strategy, public relations, media engagement, social media, executive messaging, sponsorships, and partnerships. Creates and oversees marketing content across email, web, campaigns, and external channels while ensuring consistent messaging, regulatory alignment, and reputation management. Provides strategic guidance to leadership, mentors team members, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, and supports scalable brand and communications processes.

Supports Microsoft 365, cloud systems, identity and access management, cybersecurity compliance, service desk escalations, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, patching, backups, documentation, audits, and business continuity. The role assists with workstation and device setup across branch locations, analyzes operational metrics, supports technology projects, and helps maintain secure, reliable IT services. Travel to branch and administrative offices may comprise up to 40% of working time.

Monitor SIEM and security tools to detect, analyze, contain, and remediate incidents. Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, system hardening, patch monitoring, secure configuration reviews, and enforce security policies. Coordinate with IT teams and vendors, promote security awareness training, participate in audits and risk assessments, and report suspicious activity per BSA requirements.
