Lead AI enablement and change management across the firm’s East Coast offices. Design and deliver attorney-focused training, AI academies, workshops, adoption campaigns, and communications for legal technology tools. Build stakeholder relationships, support responsible AI adoption, analyze usage data, report regional progress, address implementation barriers, and collaborate with legal technology, training, professional development, and practice group teams. Lead AI enablement, training, and adoption for administrative and business services teams across New York and U.S. regional offices. Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains secure AI-integrated enterprise applications using C#/.NET, Python, Azure, LLM APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. Responsibilities include building APIs and interfaces, integrating and monitoring AI capabilities, managing cloud infrastructure and databases, implementing authentication and governance controls, evaluating prototypes, documenting systems, and supporting production handoffs. Support client accounting by implementing and documenting billing rate structures, discounts, and OCGs; manage rate loading and changes; compile reports, track AFA/matter budgets, assist billing staff, and ensure compliance with firm financial policies.
