Support corporate attorneys with transactional and governance work: organize diligence and closing files, prepare execution/signature packets, maintain minute books and stock records, coordinate filings and document retrieval, research public records, draft corporate documents, track billable time, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Support legal recruiting, HR onboarding, and office administration for Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel, and the Summer Associate Program; manage onboarding, HRIS records, status changes, benefits inquiries, and routine HR tasks. Provide general administrative support and event coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, hospitality, reception, facilities, vendor/contracts, budgeting, events, space planning, inventory, business continuity, and emergency preparedness for the San Francisco office.
