The role requires autonomous regional leadership, one-to-one and group facilitation, and travel to regional and potentially international offices.

Designs training curricula, academies, workshops, communications, and adoption campaigns; manages change initiatives; builds attorney stakeholder relationships; analyzes usage data; reports progress and risks; and promotes responsible, habitual technology adoption among attorneys and practice groups.

Lead AI enablement, training, and adoption for administrative and business services teams across New York and U.S. regional offices. Serve as an expert on Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, Harvey, and other legal AI platforms; develop role-specific workflows, training materials, workshops, and office hours; troubleshoot advanced use cases; assess platform updates; track adoption metrics; guide change management; engage senior stakeholders; and promote responsible, compliant AI use involving firm and client data.
