Lead multiple backend engineering squads responsible for scalable member-platform systems. Manage and mentor engineers, oversee delivery and technical strategy, improve reliability and performance through SLOs, modernize cloud and event-driven architectures, ensure data integrity, and partner with Product, Data, Design, and Infrastructure. The role also includes technical design reviews, workforce planning, security and compliance practices, incident learning, and cloud cost management.

Leads enterprise transformation initiatives as the design authority, structuring and sequencing programs, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and aligning Finance, Engineering, and Operations leaders. Translates complex business needs into actionable strategies, identifies system and process gaps, recommends scalable solutions, and improves finance operations through new systems, existing tool optimization, process improvements, and AI solutions.

Leads North America accounting operations, including general ledger and operating expense close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Manages and develops a multi-level accounting team, establishes accountability and review standards, resolves accounting issues, partners with FP&A and stakeholders, and drives scalable process improvements across evolving systems and business operations.
