Provide senior legal counsel to Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams on advertising compliance, claim substantiation, influencer programs, and IP; negotiate agency, talent, licensing, and influencer agreements; build scalable compliance playbooks; advise on global campaigns and cross-functional marketing strategy while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for member acquisition across subscription products. Own end-to-end funnel, partnership integrations, channel programs, pricing and promotions, high-stakes launches, and data-driven experimentation to maximize conversion and optimize CAC/LTV while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
