Manages national retail accounts in an FMCG environment, owning profit and loss performance, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, joint business plans, promotions, and customer growth strategies. The role uses commercial and shopper data to improve profitability, category performance, digital commerce, and execution across in-store and online channels. It coordinates with Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, Category, and Sales teams while resolving customer issues and delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

Designs, validates, and optimizes manufacturing and packaging processes to improve safety, quality, cost, capacity, and reliability. Leads process-improvement projects, audits plant capability, conducts trials, prepares technical reports, trains and coaches teams, supports escalated plant issues, and ensures standards and process changes are documented and adopted. Acts as a subject-matter expert for processing technologies and coordinates with capital projects, reliability engineering, contractors, and business stakeholders.

Provide on-site Environmental, Health and Safety support across a manufacturing cluster. Lead audits, coach factory teams, manage risk registers and incident reporting, investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, ensure legal and environmental compliance, and support safe design for projects and change initiatives. Deputise for the Cluster EHS Manager and use digital tools, monitoring systems, and continuous-improvement methods to advance safety performance.

Define and govern architecture across Microsoft, cloud, and end-user domains. Create high-level designs, assure low-level design quality, embed non-functional requirements, manage technical debt, oversee delivery and vendor engagement, and align architecture to business strategy, security, resilience and cost efficiency.

Own the Dynamics 365 product vision, roadmap and backlog; drive standardised D365 solutions, manage releases (UAT, sign-off), provide Level 2/3 application support, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, ensure governance/compliance, and improve adoption using Power Platform and Power BI.
