Lead integrated digital marketing strategies across social, influencer, SEO, paid media and e-commerce to drive engagement, brand growth and measurable commercial outcomes. Lead engineering on-shift for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Coordinate multi-skilled engineers, manage planned maintenance and breakdown responses, ensure safety and compliance, improve reliability and OEE, coach staff and apprentices, maintain CMMS data, and drive root-cause investigations and continuous improvement.

Lead capability building across Sales and Commercial Finance, implement and drive adoption of a Trade Promotion Management system, and improve customer profitability through pricing, trade spend and P&L analysis. Partner with IT and data teams to enhance data accuracy, automation and reporting, strengthen financial controls and deliver cost efficiencies across product, packaging and supply chain.

Lead and develop the site engineering team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation. Own maintenance delivery, statutory compliance, CMMS data quality, breakdown response, asset reliability, and capital project commissioning. Drive continuous improvement, monitor engineering KPIs (uptime, OEE, maintenance compliance), and collaborate with production, quality, EHS and central engineering to meet factory performance targets.

Manage and improve EHS data, systems, and reporting across multiple sites. Maintain platforms, validate data, produce dashboards and insights, monitor EHS performance and improvement programmes, support governance, and assist teams with training and troubleshooting to drive continuous improvement toward Goal Zero.

Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC-controlled equipment across multiple sites. Perform reactive and planned maintenance, diagnose faults, oversee contractors, record work in CMMS, support continuous improvement, and coach colleagues to maximise asset reliability and minimise downtime.

Own the Dynamics 365 product vision, roadmap and backlog; drive standardised D365 solutions, manage releases (UAT, sign-off), provide Level 2/3 application support, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, ensure governance/compliance, and improve adoption using Power Platform and Power BI.
