Lead on-site manufacturing operations across multiple production lines to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality, cost-effective production. Drive OEE, productivity, waste reduction and continuous improvement, partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams, develop leaders and frontline teams, use data/digital tools, manage projects and governance, and support sustainability, innovation and site strategy.

Deliver and own electrical compliance programmes across site: assess safety risks, conduct testing and audits, investigate non-compliance, plan corrective actions, maintain documentation, and advise engineering and duty holders on regulatory standards and best practices.

Lead engineering on-shift for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Coordinate multi-skilled engineers, manage planned maintenance and breakdown responses, ensure safety and compliance, improve reliability and OEE, coach staff and apprentices, maintain CMMS data, and drive root-cause investigations and continuous improvement.

Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC-controlled equipment across multiple sites. Perform reactive and planned maintenance, diagnose faults, oversee contractors, record work in CMMS, support continuous improvement, and coach colleagues to maximise asset reliability and minimise downtime.

Provide part-time administrative support to the Sales/Customer Brand team by coordinating product samples, benchmarking and trade show logistics, maintaining brand data and libraries, ensuring labeling/allergen compliance, managing POs and invoices, and delivering accurate reporting to support account activity and launches.

Design, validate and optimise manufacturing and packaging processes to improve safety, quality, cost, capacity and reliability. Lead multiple process improvement projects, run trials, provide SME guidance, train teams, audit process capability, coordinate with capital and reliability engineering, manage contractors, and document/control standard settings and outcomes.

Support delivery of commercial plans across a convenience sales channel. Manage forecasts, trade spend, promotional planning, invoicing and claims, and customer administration. Produce reports and analysis, coordinate field sales communications, support new product launches, and improve processes using TPM systems, forecasting tools and automated reporting. Build cross-functional relationships and progress toward National Account roles.

Lead design and delivery of capital investment projects: define scope, manage tendering and contractors, control budgets and timelines, ensure compliance with legislation and company standards, manage health & safety (RAMS, CDM), conduct stakeholder communications and status reporting, and close projects with benefit realisation and sign-off.

Manage key customer accounts to deliver sales, revenue and profit targets. Develop and execute customer plans, promotions and forecasts. Use shopper, category and customer insight to identify growth. Collaborate across Sales, Category and Commercial teams, monitor performance and market trends, support product launches and in‑store execution, and champion data, forecasting tools and digital technologies to improve planning and performance.

Lead the Reliability function across multiple sites to shape asset care strategy, drive EAM optimisation, ensure statutory compliance (LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, LEV), embed maintenance planning and RCA, support capital projects, and build reliability capability using FMEA, CBM and EEM.

Lead and develop the site engineering team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation. Own maintenance delivery, statutory compliance, CMMS data quality, breakdown response, asset reliability, and capital project commissioning. Drive continuous improvement, monitor engineering KPIs (uptime, OEE, maintenance compliance), and collaborate with production, quality, EHS and central engineering to meet factory performance targets.

Lead capability building across Sales and Commercial Finance, implement and drive adoption of a Trade Promotion Management system, and improve customer profitability through pricing, trade spend and P&L analysis. Partner with IT and data teams to enhance data accuracy, automation and reporting, strengthen financial controls and deliver cost efficiencies across product, packaging and supply chain.

Lead development and activation of insight-led category strategy with retailers. Translate shopper, consumer and market data into range, display and distribution plans, influence internal commercial and NPD teams, own in-store shopper experience, monitor market trends, and build long-term customer relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Lead consumer-led product innovation and renovation for brand growth. Identify opportunities using insight and data, develop and test concepts, build business cases, manage Stage-Gate projects to Business Proposal, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure launch readiness, and apply post-launch learning to improve pipeline.

Own and deliver brand plans and activations to drive consumer relevance and commercial performance. Manage P&L, lead innovation and portfolio changes, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage agency partners, track and analyse brand performance, and oversee budget, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Define and govern architecture across Microsoft, cloud, and end-user domains. Create high-level designs, assure low-level design quality, embed non-functional requirements, manage technical debt, oversee delivery and vendor engagement, and align architecture to business strategy, security, resilience and cost efficiency.

Provide advanced third-line technical support and lead build/deployment of IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex incidents across servers, cloud (Azure/AWS), networking, endpoints and security tooling; implement long-term fixes, maintain documentation, run projects, and improve resilience through automation, monitoring, patching and backup strategies following ITIL practices.

Lead end-to-end consumer insight projects, combining qualitative and quantitative research with sales, category and digital data to produce actionable recommendations that inform brand, innovation, category and commercial decisions. Manage agencies, embed insight across functions, support NPD and trend tracking, and ensure GDPR and research ethics compliance.

Lead delivery and prioritisation of the innovation and NPD portfolio, improving stage-gate governance, driving cross-functional collaboration, adopting PLM/PIM/D365 tools, optimising SKU and portfolio performance, aligning plans with IBP, and using data-driven insight to ensure commercially and operationally successful outcomes.

Own the Dynamics 365 product vision, roadmap and backlog; drive standardised D365 solutions, manage releases (UAT, sign-off), provide Level 2/3 application support, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, ensure governance/compliance, and improve adoption using Power Platform and Power BI.
