Serve as the technology partner between business and IT to translate priorities into roadmaps and solutions. Build business cases, prioritise requirements, manage delivery and UAT, oversee application lifecycle, drive standardisation, improve data quality, manage suppliers, and embed change, automation and AI opportunities to scale capability and reduce technical debt.

Support delivery of internal communications and engagement activities across sites: coordinate plans, content, events and campaigns; manage calendars, stakeholder content, employee surveys, and engagement metrics; create and publish digital content; maintain templates and assets; ensure brand, tone and accessibility standards; support recognition programmes and reporting.

Lead and manage the Weetabix food safety audit programme, conducting internal and external audits against contractors, ensuring compliance with Weetabix standards, BRC and legal/customer requirements. Oversee identity and ethical compliance, plan audits, manage external audit scheduling and closeouts, handle crisis administration and mock recalls, review material claims, deputise for Retailer and Systems Manager, and perform related duties to maintain quality and compliance.
