Leads multiple engineering organizations and defines long-term technology strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, budgets, governance, and technical investment priorities. Partners with executive leadership to drive scalable product and platform delivery, modernization, reliability, security, developer productivity, and AI strategy. Oversees engineering leaders, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational transformation while communicating engineering performance and business outcomes to executives.

Drives strategic account growth, revenue, retention, and adoption across high-value regional accounts. Evaluates client operations, develops customized solutions, negotiates upsells and partnerships, mitigates churn risk, and presents performance insights to executive teams. The role also oversees onboarding strategy, client governance, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with leadership, Product, and Engineering on platform strategy.

Leads Weedmaps' revenue organization, sales strategy, and execution across new business, retention, expansion, ad services, and product adoption. Manages and develops Account Executives and Account Managers while owning quotas, forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, CRM discipline, commissions, and revenue operations. Partners with Finance, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Enablement to improve sales effectiveness, revenue processes, customer growth, and team performance.

Manage a client portfolio for Weedmaps, driving revenue growth, retention, platform adoption, and billing collections. Provide data-based recommendations, conduct business reviews and product demonstrations, train clients, maintain accurate CRM and billing records, collaborate with Account Executives, and relay customer feedback to improve products and processes.

Leads revenue operations strategy, forecasting, pricing, monetization, sales process optimization, and operational initiatives. Owns Salesforce, sales tools, AI platforms, workflow automation, reporting, and KPIs. Manages B2B and B2C support teams, strategists, analysts, pricing, and sales desk functions while partnering cross-functionally with Revenue, Engineering, and Marketing leadership to drive growth and execution.
