Leads Weedmaps’ revenue organization, overseeing new business, account expansion, retention, product adoption, forecasting, pipeline management, quota attainment, and collections. Manages and develops Account Executives and Account Managers while improving sales processes, CRM discipline, territory planning, incentive structures, and revenue analytics. Partners with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and executive leadership to scale Ad Tech sales performance and achieve growth targets.

Drives strategic account growth, revenue, retention, and adoption across high-value regional accounts. Evaluates client operations, develops customized solutions, negotiates upsells and partnerships, mitigates churn risk, and presents performance insights to executive teams. The role also oversees onboarding strategy, client governance, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with leadership, Product, and Engineering on platform strategy.

Perform high-volume cannabis menu curation by linking retailers menu items to brand catalog products accurately. Review, interpret, and enter product data using online platforms, meet daily productivity goals, report inconsistencies, follow SOPs, collaborate with teammates, and suggest process improvements while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Leads multiple engineering organizations and defines long-term technology strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, budgets, governance, and technical investment priorities. Partners with executive leadership to drive scalable product and platform delivery, modernization, reliability, security, developer productivity, and AI strategy. Oversees engineering leaders, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational transformation while communicating engineering performance and business outcomes to executives.
