Teams at Weedmaps

Manages curation operations and a 30+ person data-entry team, maintaining product-listing accuracy, dashboards, workflows, SOPs, and quality standards. Oversees workload distribution, case prioritization, coaching, hiring, performance management, and capacity planning. Partners with product, sales, and revenue teams to triage client requests, investigate root causes, improve tooling, and resolve data discrepancies. The role is onsite five days per week and emphasizes consistent execution within established operational systems.

Leads Weedmaps' revenue organization, sales strategy, and execution across new business, retention, expansion, ad services, and product adoption. Manages and develops Account Executives and Account Managers while owning quotas, forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, CRM discipline, commissions, and revenue operations. Partners with Finance, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Enablement to improve sales effectiveness, revenue processes, customer growth, and team performance.

Create and optimize high-performing paid media, lifecycle, CRM, video, motion, email, and AI-generated creative assets. Write copy, design, animate, edit raw footage, and produce rapid creative variants for testing across growth channels. Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance, build scalable AI-assisted production workflows, and collaborate with channel owners and Media Operations to connect creative performance insights with future production.
