Build and ship end-to-end features across consumer marketplace and business administration products. Develop TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Rails, and related services while using AI coding agents. Own software quality through design, testing, observability, telemetry, and gradual rollouts. Partner with Product, Design, AI Platform, and Data teams; modernize legacy systems, develop AI-powered features, participate in on-call, mentor engineers, and improve team workflows.

Manages the buildout and ongoing operations of an onsite office. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, vendors, property management, and internal stakeholders; providing reception coverage; maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities; troubleshooting basic IT and workplace technology; supporting events; tracking expenses and invoices; and communicating project updates. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, vendor coordination, and hands-on office administration skills.

Build and operate production AI agents, including autonomous coding systems, retrieval and knowledge layers, MCP tooling, evaluation frameworks, and secure LLM workflows. Improve model cost, latency, reliability, and observability on AWS Bedrock while integrating Snowflake, documentation, knowledge graphs, Jira, Slack, and developer workflows. Responsibilities include prompt and model evaluation, security hardening, design documentation, code review, mentoring, and on-call ownership.
