Build and maintain scalable React web applications and secure backend systems using Python or Node.js and AWS. Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimize SQL and NoSQL data solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and uphold testing and code-quality practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot complex challenges, and contribute to continuous technology and process improvements.

Partner with design and engineering teams on AI-enabled products, translate ambiguous objectives into testable hypotheses and deliverables, manage scope and timelines, and guide clients toward effective product decisions.

Lead the HR function and a team of 2–3 HR executives. Develop and execute people strategies covering recruitment, performance management, engagement, learning and development, compensation, compliance, onboarding, and employee experience. Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, team health, and culture while improving HR systems and operational quality. The role requires strategic judgment, independent execution, hands-on leadership, and experience in IT services environments.

Design user-centered digital products by creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, interfaces, user flows, copy, animations, and motion graphics. Use analytics and user data to improve product experiences, collaborate with product managers and developers, incorporate testing feedback, and present design decisions to stakeholders. The role also requires staying current with design trends and using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.

Build and ship fullstack digital products using AI-assisted development tools. Responsibilities include backend services, APIs, data models, user-facing features, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, databases, deployments, workflow automation, and AI integrations such as LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to rapidly prototype, gather feedback, and deliver scalable client solutions.
