Provide intake assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and casework for outpatient clients. Maintain clinical documentation, develop treatment plans, coordinate discharges/referrals, participate in supervision and team meetings, and monitor treatment quality. For SUD cases, coordinate with community partners, provide MAT education, and pursue CAADC development. Engage in professional growth and ensure QA compliance.

Provide front-desk client support and centralized scheduling for counseling and psychiatry appointments. Verify insurance, manage EMR records, handle phones/faxes/voicemail, process payments and forms, coordinate interpreters, support clinicians with administrative tasks, maintain caseload and office organization, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in team meetings.

Provide practicum-level support in an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program: observe and co-facilitate group therapy, assist treatment planning and documentation, use trauma-informed and motivation-to-change approaches, participate in supervision, and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
