On-site master's-level practicum internship applying Trauma-Focused CBT with youth, adolescents, and families. Assist with treatment planning, participate in individual and family sessions, support trauma-informed interventions, complete clinical documentation, engage in supervision, and collaborate with the treatment team. May carry a small caseload later with academic approval.

Provide front-desk client support and centralized scheduling for counseling and psychiatry appointments. Verify insurance, manage EMR records, handle phones/faxes/voicemail, process payments and forms, coordinate interpreters, support clinicians with administrative tasks, maintain caseload and office organization, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in team meetings.

Provide clinical supervision and frontline administrative oversight for an assigned counseling team, maintain a reduced clinical caseload, deliver individual and family therapy, review documentation for compliance, support professional development, monitor program performance and compliance, coordinate care with community partners, and participate in hiring, training, and leadership activities.
