Leads digital marketing and web strategy, including website management, landing pages, SEO, Google Ads, digital campaigns, marketing automation, analytics, CRM integrations, and social media performance analysis. Creates digital advertising content, maintains brand consistency, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, supports streaming and events, and reports on project progress and campaign results.

Provides daily care, education support, supervision, and independent-living skills training to unaccompanied youth in a residential program. Coordinates with clinicians, teachers, case workers, and program staff; supports school participation; facilitates training in budgeting, transportation, conflict resolution, employment, and other life skills; assesses progress; maintains records; advocates for residents; and assists during staffing shortages or crises.

Leads and oversees unaccompanied minors residential programs, ensuring high-quality youth services, licensing and ORR contract compliance, incident response, corrective actions, staff supervision, hiring, budgeting, audits, and outcome tracking. The role provides administrative and interdisciplinary leadership, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, monitors risk and utilization data, and ensures adherence to agency, governmental, and child-protective-services requirements.
